Hardscape Team Innovator- Full Time
A Hardscape Team Innovator is a professional that works under then supervision of the Production Manager and will lead a crew of 1-3 other team members and oversee assigned hardscape installation and construction jobs, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standard, on time and on budget. This person must embrace our Core Values of Passion, Professionalism and Precision.
Responsibilities of a Hardscape Team Innovator at Rock Creek Innovations, Inc.:
- Managing a team of one or more team members
- Managing work schedule, materials and planning for each day
- Communicating with office and other team members.
- Must possess the skills to operate and train other team members on utilizing equipment necessary to perform job duties
- Operation of trucks, trailers, small hand tools as well as large and small equipment
- Reading and understanding landscape design and construction documents
- Positive attitude, Team player and attentive to detail at all times
- Being early or on time for work and any scheduled meetings or company events
Position Requirements:
- A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the hardscaping field.
- Must have a valid VA drivers license
- High school degree or GED is preferred
- Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
